Delivery by HR Parcel courier service
The order is usually delivered in 3-5 working days. You can track your order online. After an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the courier will attempt delivery again the following day.
Delivery by DHL courier service
The order is usually delivered in 3-5 working days. You can track your order online. The courier will make 1 delivery attempt. After an unsuccessful delivery attempt, or after contacting the courier, your parcel will be delivered to the nearest collection point.
Delivery by GLS Flex courier service
The order is usually delivered in 3-5 working days. You can track your order online. The courier will make 1 delivery attempt. Choose the date in case of unsuccessful delivery attempts within 10 days. Redirect the shipment to a depot, pick-up point or box. Possibility to select a "safe place" within the delivery address (e.g. balcony, garage) where the courier can leave the package without the presence of the addressee. After delivery, the courier simply sends a photo of the delivered parcel. Option to have the parcel delivered to your neighbourhood via a simple confirmation in the sent message.
Delivery by BRT courier
The order is usually delivered in 3-5 working days. You can track your order online. After an unsuccessful delivery attempt, you will receive an SMS or email by the courier, as well as a notice in your letter box. The notification contains a BRT code which will take you directly to the BRT website where you can schedule the following: 1. A new delivery attempt to the same address at a different day/time. 2. A new delivery attempt to a different address. 3. Parcel collection at a BRT branch.

Do you want to keep your book safe and sound during delivery? We will wrap the book in natural cotton packaging, which is environment-friendly. You’ll be responsible for several good deeds! You will ensure that your book is comfortable and safe during delivery. You will get breathable and non-toxic packaging for future use. And together with us, you will provide work for skilled seamstresses with disabilities from a shop called “On the Hanger”, which operates under the auspices of Eurodiaconia.

Would you like to give the book you’ve purchased as a gift? We’ll be delighted to gift-wrap it for you. Books are a great gift and, as we know, enjoying and unwrapping them is half the fun! We will wrap the selected book in high-quality wrapping paper and add a wooden decoration. Finally, we will carefully cover everything in bubble wrap so that the gift arrives safely. The best part is up to you – to hand the gift over to the recipient. The gift-wrapping option can be found in the cart.
