Not everything in this narrative is real; some things seem real but are merely hallucinations and fantasies. Don't believe everything you read; try to follow the subtle thread of events. In the end, you might be convinced, or you might be left with a feeling of disappointment. A group of migrants journeyed to the European shore, searching for the light at the end of the tunnel. Did they arrive or not? That's not important. What matters is that each migrant has their own story and motivation. I don't think it's realistic to retell the tragedy. Let the migrant storytellers enjoy their own narratives and don't rush to judge them. There are many events they haven't had time to recount. The dead don't escape or try to escape except in our imagination. So, what do you think they would escape from? Perhaps from life itself.
