Fourteen Pairs of Boots

This book follows the author's book, "e;Fourteen Pairs of Books: Life Lessons Learned in the Marine Corps"e; which concluded shortly after the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. This book is part two in a two part series titled, "e;Fourteen Pairs of Boots: Life Lessons Learned in the Air Force. It chronicles the memoirs of the author shortly after September 11, 2001 up until August 1, 2026. Each chapter is followed by life lessons learned and a few examples of the author's, "e;fourteen keys to happiness and personal growth."e; The number fourteen was chosen because it was inspired by the fourteen pairs of boots the author was issued or purchased during his time serving in the Marine Corps Reserve, the Air National Guard and the Air Force Reserve. All fourteen pairs of boots have since been bronzed and mounted. The author hopes this book will inspire others as they reflect upon their own lives.
