Saturn does not punish. He examines. And when he finds what is false, he removes it.
Shani Sadesati, the seven-and-a-half-year transit of Saturn through three consecutive signs of the zodiac, is the most feared astrological period in the Vedic tradition. Career collapses. Health declines. Relationships fracture. The structures a person has spent decades building begin, without obvious cause, to give way.
Most people who enter Sadesati try the standard remedies. The oil lamp on Saturday. The donation of black sesame. The recitation of the Shani Chalisa. Some of these measures bring partial relief. Many do not, because they address the surface without engaging the deeper mechanism that Saturn's transit activates.
This book presents a different order of practice.
Beat Shani Sadesati draws from Tantric source texts and living lineage transmission to offer the complete technical system for engaging Shani's shakti directly: three sacred yantra constructions, the full Tantrokta mantra protocol with viniyoga, nyasa, and dhyana, and a practical integration framework for navigating all three phases of the transit.
The Three Yantras
The Sadesati Nivarak Yantra is a wearable protective instrument constructed on bhojpatra with ashtgandha-mixed black ink, sealed in iron, and worn across the full transit period. The Taintis Ankiy Shani Yantra, the thirty-three-digit numerical grid, is a powerful intervention yantra constructed under a peepal tree on Saturday night and immersed in flowing water upon completion of the anushthan. The Shani Yantra Raja, the apex of the system, requires full Shodashopachara puja with an iron throne, mustard oil lamp, lohakalam, and kajal ink on bhojpatra, performed in solitude at the eleventh hour.
The Mantra System
The Tantrokta Shani mantra protocol begins with the complete viniyoga declaring the Atharvan Rishi, Gayatri metre, and Shanaishchara devata. It proceeds through Rishyadinyasa, placing the mantra's lineage at the crown, mouth, heart, and feet, and through Karanyasa, activating the six points of the hands with the bija sequence. The dhyana shloka establishes the complete visual form of Shani, blue-robed and crowned, seated on the vulture, carrying trident and bow. Three primary mantras are given with their traditional japa counts drawn from the Tantrasara.
What This Book Contains
A complete guide to identifying which of the three Sadesati phases is active and calibrating practice accordingly. A month-by-month integration protocol combining yantra construction, mantra anushthan, and sustained minimum practice. Field observations from practitioners encountered in Nashik, Trimbakeshwar, and Varanasi, where these methods have been tested over decades. A full reference section covering all mantras in Devanagari with Roman transliteration, materials sourcing, transit dates from 2024 to 2040, and a glossary of twenty-eight key Tantric terms.
This is not a book of consolation. It is a book of practice, written for the person who has entered the transit and intends to move through it with full technical capacity rather than passive endurance.
