Most people think real estate investing begins when you have money.

I believe it begins when you change the way you think.

In 2015, I had nothing.

No property.

No financial safety net.

Just ambition, discipline, and the willingness to work harder than most people around me.

While studying in Malta, I worked three jobs, survived on very little sleep, and saved every euro I could because I had one goal: to own property.

My first investment was a €7,000 property purchased during Greece's economic crisis.

It was not glamorous.

It was not perfect.

It was a small, overlooked property that most people would have ignored.

But it changed everything.

That first set of keys started a journey that would eventually lead to a property portfolio valued at approximately €500,000 and thousands of euros in monthly rental income.
