Case of the Crosseyed Strangler

Everett Skidmore, a high school science teacher, is a delusional transvestite on a killing spree. The teacher is plagued by a transitory ocular deficiency that causes his eyes to grossly cross whenever in contact with his demon neighbor, an elderly woman who traumatized him in his youth. Long tormented by her voice, things begin to unravel for Everett when the old woman begins surfacing in the form of others. Everett rids himself of these apparitions by strangulation.   Among his victims are his mother's physician, an East Harlem spinster, an attractive real estate agent, a snoopy landlady and an usherette employed at a Broadway theater. As the body count mounts, so does the pressure on the police brass. Word soon trickles down these inexplicable murders must stop before the public is made aware that there is a serial killer on the loose in New York City.  Sgt.
