CONSIDER A REAL ESTATE CAREER

Real Estate can be a rewarding career. After 25 years of being in Real Estate, I have a lot of information that I would like to share with you. I have seen and spoken to many people over these years who were considering a career in Real Estate. Some decided it was not for them, while others became Real Estate agents and done well. I believe that most who think about a career in Real Estate have no idea of what it will take, or who should or should not be in this profession. And for most that decide to try, they have no guild, nor understanding of what is to come. I myself was a sailor in the Navy, then a truck driver, and a mechanic. I knew that these were fine for the time, but I needed a career that would be long lasting with the ability to make a decent living. I was not sure that I was cut out for Real Estate, but I forged ahead. Today I am a Broker and Owner of a Real Estate company. It has been a rewarding career. The one thing that was missing for me is that I had no idea of what I was doing. This book is designed to give the reader a glimpse of my path from the first time I considered this path to the first sale. Along the way I give tips and suggestions that will help with your journey. If you work at it, and believe in yourself there is no reason that a Real Estate career would not be a good choice for you.
