Die steigende Nutzung des Internets etablierte Crowdfunding als eine attraktive Möglichkeit der Projektfinanzierung. Das Crowdfunding kann, abhängig von der Art der Bezahlung und der Gegenleistung, in das Crowdrewarding, Crowddonating, Crowdinvesting und Crowdlending unterteilt werden. Für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung eines Projekts der jeweiligen Crowdfundingart können unterschiedliche Faktoren eine Rolle spielen. Auf Grundlage einer systematischen Literaturanalyse werden zunächst die Finanzierungsvorgänge der unterschiedlichen Crowdfundingarten, die für die Umsetzung eines Projektes nötig sind, beschrieben und illustriert. Diese Bachelorarbeit gibt einen Überblick über die größten deutschen Crowdfundingplattformen und deren Erfolgsfaktoren, die für eine Projektrealisation der jeweiligen Crowdfundingart relevant sind. Das Ziel dieser Forschung ist es, die Erfolgsfaktoren der Crowdfundingarten kritisch und objektiv zu betrachten.
