Dead Sexy

A haunted house, a Halloween party at Common Grounds, and two men who are about to find out that falling in love is dead sexy.

Marco

I moved to Glenside to build a new life on my own terms. That includes good cheese, good neighbors, and a fresh start next door to Common Grounds. The last thing I expected was to also end up with a Victorian fixer-upper with a very opinionated ghost.

Turns out the only man in town who can help is the gorgeous, broody funeral director across the street, who looks like he stepped out of a gothic romance novel and talks to the dead for a living. So of course I invite him over for hot pasta and to investigate ghostly cold spots...in the bedrooms.

He kisses me like he means it, then runs like I'm the scary one.

Bastian

People in small towns have opinions about everything. That includes weirdos with bright red hair who wear black like me. I don't do reckless. I don't do public. I definitely don't do falling for loud, warm, ridiculously charming shopkeepers who bring me manchego and invited me over for a ghost hunt.

Except somehow I do, one midnight investigation, one Halloween party, one brush of his hand against mine at a time. Marco makes me want things I stopped letting myself want.

All I have to do is stop hiding and embrace my freak as much as he seems to want to.

Dead Sexy is a steamy, small-town MM romance novella full of banter, big feelings, and just enough ghost to keep things interesting. Part of the Common Grounds series. Can be read as a standalone.
