Having tried genetic, molecular, cellular and other techniques, scientists still made no breakthrough in in-vivo regeneration of kidneys. The author takes a quite different way by tackling the challenge from the perspective of decellularized scaffold, with an intention to attract in-vivo cells into these "empty rooms", and thus triggering off a cell revolution to create a new regime. Is the regime a success? Is the revolution meaningful? The author seems to have achieved some success.
