This book invites the reader to set aside every assumption about reality and begin from the only place that cannot be denied: experience as it is immediately given.

Without relying on metaphysical beliefs or scientific theories, Direct Experience as the Foundation investigates perception, thought, belief, space, time, self, and the apparent external world from a radically simple starting point. It proposes that while thoughts are undeniably part of direct experience, their content is not self-validating. The world we ordinarily take to be objective may arise not from experience itself, but from our unquestioned belief in the stories thought tells about it.

Building on the foundations established in the previous books, this volume develops a rigorous phenomenological investigation that leads the reader beyond conceptual frameworks toward the immediacy of experiencing itself.

This is not a book about adopting a new philosophy.

It is an invitation to examine what remains when every explanation is temporarily set aside.
