Sie steht im Zentrum eines Problemfeldes, zu welchem Fragestellungen gehören wie - Macht eine Generalplanung eine Projektsteuerung überflüssig? - Gibt der Grundleistungskatalog der HOAI 2013 dem Bauherrn bei einzelnen Planern bereits die Sicherheit einer Generalplanung? - Was hat es mit der Sicherheit des Bauherrn bei Einschaltung eines Generalplaners konkret auf sich? Grundlagen und einzelne Aspekte der Planereinsatzformen werden zusammengestellt und daraus Thesen abgeleitet, die einer kritischen Bewertung unterzogen werden.
