On Christmas Eve, David received a phone call informing him that his father had suffered a massive heart attack and was dying. Without hesitation, he loaded what he could into his truck and set off to join his family in the hospital where his father laid- over 1200 miles away. It was a journey David was not prepared to undertake. He doubted his truck, his strength and himself.
