God and Love

A person does not become God because they are holy. Sometimes, they become God because someone is too wounded to survive without them.

God and Love: How I Created a God is a psychological poetry collection about the dangerous moment when love stops being love and begins to feel like worship.

Inside this book, love is not soft. It is a room you cannot leave. A prayer sent to someone who may never answer. A body keeping records the mind tries to erase. A beautiful prison built by the prisoner himself.

And then comes the question no one wants to ask: What happens when the God you created with your own hands stops answering?

This is not about finding God in love. It is about creating one. And then realizing too latethat even a God can abandon you.

It begins quietly - with relief, attention, warmth, waiting, a name glowing on a screen, a silence that feels too large, a body remembering before the mind can understand. And slowly, without warning, one ordinary human being becomes the centre of another human being's inner world.

These poems move through desire, dependence, pride, shame, hunger, memory, prayer and the terrifying intimacy of needing someone who can leave. They enter the places where love becomes a cage, where silence becomes punishment, where dignity bends, and where the heart starts collecting small proofs like relics.
