Hàrmaskönyve

A "Hármaskönyve" (Tripartitum) Werbőczy István által írt, a magyar szokásjogot összefoglaló mű, melyet 1514-ben fejezett be, de csak 1517-ben adtak ki először. A mű a magyar jogrendszer alapjává vált. Ez a kiadás az 1517-es eredeti kiadás gondos tanulmányozásával készült, a Magyar Tudományos Akadémia gondozásában, 1864-ben.

A Tripartitum három részből áll, melyek a nemesség jogait és kötelezettségeit, a jobbágyok helyzetét, valamint a peres eljárás szabályait tartalmazzák. Fontos forrása a magyar történelemnek és jogtudománynak. A kiadás a Magyar Tudományos Akadémia gondosságának köszönhetően hűen tükrözi az eredeti mű szellemiségét és tartalmát.
