Part III. provides all the general and fundamental principles of Harness Mounting together witha description of the preparatory processes relating thereto. Finally Part IV illustrations and treatment embracing Card Cutting, Repeating, and Lacing includes a description of mechanism and exposition of how it works. This work was originally published in 1912-many of the earliest books on weaving, textiles and needlework, particularly those dating back to the 1900s and before, are now extremely scarce and increasingly expensive.
