La Construcción de la Realidad / The Construction of Reality

«EL MUNDO COMO LO PERCIBIMOS RESULTA DE LA ACTIVACIÓN DE NUESTRAS CÉLULAS CEREBRALES. ESTA AFIRMACIÓN ES LA TESIS EN LA QUE SE BASA LA PRESENTE OBRA.» -J. G. Z.

ENGLISH DESCRIPTION

"The world as we perceive it is the result of the activation of our brain cells. This statement is the central thesis on which this work is based." – J. G. Z.

The core thesis of Jacobo Grinberg-Zylberbaum''s work, developed in his book The Syntergic Theory, proposes that perceptible reality arises from the interaction between brain activity and space-time (what he calls the lattice). Once he laid out this theoretical foundation, Grinberg-Zylberbaum delved deeper into this relationship through several books, including The Construction of Reality.

In these writings, he explains that both the external, tangible world and the internal world of thoughts and dreams are subjective descriptions shaped by each individual''s life history. Grinberg argues that these narratives—and therefore, reality itself—can be altered.

Through a series of stories and aphorisms rich with teachings, he encourages readers to explore the transformative potential of consciousness in the pursuit of freedom. As Grinberg-Zylberbaum himself puts it, this book does not aim to indoctrinate, but rather to serve as a catalyst for personal change.
