Letters to Myself - Volume 2

In Volume 2 of the Letters to Myself series, a series geared towards teens and young adults around tough subjects, Jen Taylor, LCSW, takes her 23 years of experience as a New York-based spiritual psychotherapist to turn the focus to sexual assault, rape, and incest. These topics have long been considered taboo and are still not spoken of openly and honestly. Eighty percent of survivors - and we are SURVIVORS, not victims, of "Sexual Abuse" have one mental health issue. Fifty percent of survivors have two or more mental health diagnoses. Jen brings her expertise to the table with valuable resources and a collection of letters from individuals who have overcome sexual abuse. These brave souls offer their stories as a part of their own healing and the healing of the reader.

It is Jen's prayer that these letters offer validation, affirmation, and hope to those who are suffering.
