Los Chanchitos

Los chanchitos tienen sus inquietudes y aspiraciones. Una de ellas es que las niñas y los niños dejen de contar ovejas y se duerman contándolos a ellos. Pero ¿cómo van a convencerlos?

Los chanchos son animales felices, viven muy tranquilos. Pero, como todo el mundo, también se hacen preguntas, y una de ellas es por qué las niñas y los niños solo cuentan ovejas para dormir, y no chanchitos. Hablan con las ovejas, quienes, muy orgullosas, les dicen que es un trabajo duro que ellos no saben hacer. Los chanchos deciden poner en marcha diferentes planes para demostrar que contando chanchitos se duerme tan bien, ¡o incluso mejor!, que contando ovejas.

Everyone knows that when you can’t get to sleep, you count sheep. But what happens when pigs decide they want to be the ones children count when they try to fall asleep?

The pigs live happily and peacefully together but they can’t help wondering why only sheep get to be counted by children trying to fall asleep. Why can’t children count pigs instead?
One day, a particularly ambitious pig decides to discuss the situation with a sheep, who makes it quite clear that only sheep are qualified to do the job. But this team of pigs has other ideas and starts to put their plans in action! Will they be able to help children fall asleep as well as the sheep?
