Ex-marine Jake Crawford believes he has paid his dues to his country as a forward observer behind enemy lines during the Korean War. Jake, now settled into civilian life, is the owner of a Flying Service and planning a life with his beautiful copilot Megan. His stable conventional life ends when he is asked by his old combat buddy Sloan, now a CID agent, to go on one more mission. His task is simple. The story pulls the reader on a rapid fire adventure from the Korean War, to a cabin on a Canadian Lake, to a remote island off the Pacific coast where the containers of deadly biological material are stored and protected by North Korean Commandos. A mole highly placed within the CIA plots to make this mission fail. Nothing is as it seems.
