This book is intended to introduce typical skin diseases from the immunological point of view. This work covers current immunological techniques and products and will be useful reference in daily clinical and experimental practices. The book begins with a brief overview of human immune system which tells the basic concepts and principles, and illustrates the general symbols in immunology. Part Two describes the human skin as an integral part of immune system, briefing the immunological roles of major cellular and molecular composites in the skin. Part Three illustrates typical skin diseases that have immunological involvement (Immunodermatological conditions). About 40 skin diseases are covered, the description of which focuses on immunological causes, pathogenesis, pattern of reaction and treatment choices and responses. The final part is intended for the advanced Immuno-diagnosis and Immunotherapy in dermatology.
