No matter how much they wished time would just stop and let them live like that forever, clocks kept ticking at the exact same pace. Elections were in full swing with the global stage on the line, and either the pro-soulful candidate would take the throne, or the anti-soulful coalitions would command order.

The conclusion of the war between the rogues and the elementals spelled the end of the Elemental Group. Using that, the Adler Group's own plan gained significant voltage, and one of the variables it needed to pay special attention to was Hayk Nakama himself. An intricate game of chess began between the two main forces - those who stood by the GSC, and those who vowed to stop it. Though, a wildcard existed too.

Sakuto himself was sent to America in a desperate attempt to recover the public's opinion of soulfuls and swing the elections in a favorable direction. His main objective was the elimination of Jackal Kagerr - a ruthless, seemingly completely unrestricted terrorist of a soulful.

Despite everything, Sakuto really did wish he'd just stop time. For the first time in a while, he began seeing color in the vast gray canvas of his life.
