The summer may be winding down, but there's still plenty of excitement on the beaches of San Diego. That's at least true for three beach dwellers who loathe each other, yet share a common goal. The drug dealer is in it for revenge, plain and simple. All the surfer wants is enough money to pay for a car, even if he has to settle for a used jalopy.
