The book starts with an introduction to the fundamentals of tourism demand analysis (Chapter 1). In Chapter Two a review of the tourism demand literature is conducted. Most empirical papers have argued that household income and travel prices are the main demand determinants. In Chapter Three, determines the factors that influence domestic tourism demand in a country and examines how changes in the economy could influence this demand.
