Seit dessen Einführung wurde an der gesetzlichen Regelung beim Verlustabzug von Körperschaften herumgedoktert. Doch was genau es mit dem 8c KStG auf sich hat und wie dessen Rechtsfolgen zu beurteilen sind soll in dieser Seminararbeit genauer untersucht werden.
