The approach of the method to measure the vertical spinal creep response. Most of previous studies measured vertical spinal creep as height loss, that is one-point measurement, but the current study has measured the verical spinal creep (VSC) as a continuous measurement during 25 minutes in order to investigate the difference of the magnitude of the VSC response between loading and unloading condition, betweeen the different length of normalisation period and between time of day. In addition, the book also explored the internal factors that can affect the vertical spinal creep for example gender, age, and BMI. This book will be especially useful to ergonomics area in order to prevent their back from pain.
