Welche Einstellungen haben evangelische Pastor*innen und Religionslehrer*innen zu Inklusion und welche Bedeutung kommt diesen Einstellungen für die Umsetzung von Inklusionsprozessen zu?Inklusion als praktisch-theologisches Querschnittsthema verbindet beide Berufsgruppen insbesondere in der religionspädagogischen Arbeit. Die individuellen Einstellungen spielen insbesondere in der Korrelation mit strukturellen Rahmenbedingungen eine wichtige Rolle für die Ausgestaltung inklusiver Praxis. Ein zentrales Ergebnis ist, dass theologische Motive für beide Berufsgruppen eine weitestgehend ungenutzte Ressource darstellen, die für die Reflexion herausfordernder Situationen im Kontext von Inklusion sowie für die Verbindung von professionellem Selbstbild und Inklusionskonzept dienlich sein können.
